Rappaport Designs LLC has the following policies:
1) 100% upfront payments are always required. Projects can be broken up into smaller milestones, hourly work can be broken up into smaller batches, or an escrow service like Guru.com SafePay, Upwork.com or Escrow.com can be used if you are uncomfortable funding the whole project up front.
2) The first 30 minutes of communication for a new project is free. Time beyond this will be billed at a rate of $50/hr, and must be paid for up front.
3) Rappaport Designs LLC will not sign NDAs or contracts other than it's own NDA for projects with budgets less than $3,000.
4) There is a minimum project budget of $1,000 for new clients.
